As a complete beginner I was shocked that after my first lesson with Allen I was playing a song on the guitar. I've found the group sessions to be so motivating and enjoyable. I love that everyone in the group is working at their own level and that Allen is able to accommodate everyone's needs.

If you're looking to learn how to 'play guitar round the camp fire' I'd definitely recommend this group.

I started learning with Allen as an absolute beginner with no musical experience or knowledge whatsoever 2 years ago. His teaching methods makes it easy to follow and learn to play songs and progress. The group lessons are fun with great friendly people who are all encouraging.

I would recommend coming to GC school of guitar to anyone who has never played any instrument before, anyone who tried guitar when they were younger but never got the hang of it, or any seasoned guitar players who want to improve their knowledge and skill set.
